4. Change January 1, 2019 meeting date
5. Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
6. Approval of payment of Public Works Patrol Truck
7. Resolution for Amended Budget 2018
8. Planning Commission Report  
9. Review  & approval of Land Surveys (information only on land surveys for      review)
