2. Approval of agenda.
3. Review health and dental insurance plans from State of Wisconsin
4. Closed session: Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1)(a) Personnel. The Board may reconvene to open session to take any action.

5. Reconvene into open session

7. Adjourn
