And 7:00 pm Regular Board Meeting

Business Meeting: Discussed monthly expenditures.

Regular Board Meeting called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 7:00 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller, Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and 14 members of the public. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Mueller made motion to approve the agenda , 2^nd by Tarmann, carried. Motion by Mueller to approve the minutes of March 1, 2016, Regular Board Meeting , March 7, 2016 Special Meeting and March 14 & 21, 2016 Special Meeting with the Planning Commission 2^nd by Tarmann, carried. Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski reported the checking account had a balance of $287,661.71. Checks issued were #20538--20593 for $24,396.30 and electronic debit of $2,454.71. Deposits of $34,992.13 including General Transportation Aids. Mueller made motion to approve the financial report, 2^nd by Tarmann, carried.

UP Engineering representative discussed how they could help us with our Public Works building project.

Tom Wiedemeier of Wiedemeier Sawmill asked to move a loading dock from one part of their property to another area but there was a question if the ramp was and would be in the Town Road right of way. Decided to have the road surveyed to see exactly where the town right of way is before a decision would be made. Town cannot allow items in the right of way because of liability. Tabled until survey is completed.

Certified Survey Map by Johnson Surveying for Dave & Linda Johnston to reparcel their approximately 20 acre parcel into 2 tax parcels and transfer 1 parcel to their son.              Tom Wiedemeier requested split of 14.01 acre property along the river into 2 parcels, with easement to both parcels. Mueller made motion to approve both Certified Survey Maps, 2^nd by Tarmann, carried.                              

Discussed Public Works building options.                                                                       Special Board Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2016, 6:30 PM.                                       Discussed placing an ad for an occasional worker for Public Works Dept. $14.50/ hour, CDL required. Will hold off for now.                                                                                           Fire Dept will discuss MABAS Mutual Aid Box Alarm System & By-Laws at the next meeting.                                                        Discussed road projects & weight limits.
