                            SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

           Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 6:30 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and 9 members of the public.

             Discussed Mobile Home Park Ordinance and RV campers.

             Motion by Tarmann to approve Operators Licenses for Molly Generose, Melissa Andrist, Adelle Sheve from The Hawk. 2^nd by Mueller.

           Discussed the Public Works Building. Different options, different prices $300,000 to $400,000 for a 60X80 building(these are not bid prices), avoiding prevailing wage by waiting until January 2017. Cost of purchasing sand & salt from the county is $27 per ton, we mix it ourselves for $16 per ton, also the county is not always available to load our trucks. A new salt shed would be $100,000. To fix the old 1947 building would be $56,000 and would not include a bathroom. We cannot add onto the present fire dept building. Money would be borrowed from the state through the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands at 3-3.5 % interest. UP Engineering is giving quotes on taking care of bids, payments, monitoring construction etc.
