And 7:00 pm Regular Board Meeting

Business Meeting: Discussed monthly expenditures.

Regular Board Meeting called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 7:00 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller, Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and 7 members of the public. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Mueller made motion to approve the agenda , 2nd by Tarmann, carried. Motion by Mueller to approve the minutes of April 7, 2016, Regular Board Meeting , April 12, 2016 Special Meeting with the Planning Commission 2nd by Tarmann, carried. Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski reported the checking account had a balance of $273,579.89. Checks issued were #20594--20643 for $20,194.00 electronic debit of $2,388.00. Deposits of $8500.18. Tarmann made motion to approve the financial report, 2nd by Banaszak, carried.

Robert and Kathy Claycomb requested a variance to build a garage on the corner of Riverview & Y Lane. There were questions about driveways and the stop sign. They are requesting a 58 foot setback on Y Lane and 56 foot setback on Riverview Rd, with approval of driveway on Y Lane, motion by Banaszak to grant variance, 2nd by Mueller, carried. Will look at driveway on Riverview at a later date.

Discussion of Mobile Home Park ordinance and safety issues. Attorney Coggins wants a meeting with owners before the ordinance is approved.

Road projects for 2016: Hilldale from Spur up the hill 725 ft, Gravelly Brook intersection, Hilldale intersection 130 ft of dig out, Hilldale between 2- 90 degree curves before Williams farm 950 ft, in front of Jeff Olives 2012 ft. Ferndale from railroad tracks coming west to 1st. curve will be left gravel for a season. Motion by Tarmann to ask for bids for 2016 projects for June 7 meeting, 2nd by Mueller, carried.

TRID program discretionary grant program from the state for 2017.   Letter received that we will receive $147,128 of a project on Ferndale Road. Total cost $302,000 will need to be paid first. We will be reimbursed after payment is made.

Fire Dept Bylaws: Banaszak questioned Fire Commission membership, wants the bylaws to be looked at by the attorney.   Resolution for Mutual Aid Box Alarm System (MABAS) will be approved at the next regular meeting.

Planning Commission received a survey map from Miles Kresl proposing a split of a parcel into 5 parcels, questioned subdivision issues. Will cover this at the May 17th meeting.

Survey on Riverview Rd. was completed, road was not in the center of the right of way, Wiedemeier’s Sawmill will not need to move their loading dock.
