                                   May 17, 2016 7:00 PM

                            SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

           Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 7:00 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and Attorney Coggins, Planning Commission members Cory Sotka and Bill Retza.

           Miles Kresl survey map changed to only 4 parcels so subdivision is not an issue. This will be considered a preliminary survey ( Office Map 16-5133 Rob Kamps Surveying) until a parcel is actually sold. Motion by Tarmann to approve the survey with 4 parcels with the addition of a fire lane, 2^nd by Mueller, carried.

             Robert Claycomb variance tabled due to change of plans.                 

             Discussed Mobile Home Park Ordinance and RV campers. Attorney Coggins corrected mistakes in the ordinance, according to current state statute requirements. Parking permit fees need to revert to 2% payment to mobile home park operators. The town keeps 10%, balance goes to the school. Authority for Mobile Home Park ordinances comes from the state, fire protection is required, for safety must have access. Need to find statutory reason for fire access.

           Fire Dept Bylaws: Bill Retza asked as employees of the town why do you need bylaws. Fire trucks are owned by the town, fire dept uses the town’s federal ID number, worker’s comp is paid by the town. Fire Dept is not separate from the town. Employee Handbook would be possible.

           MABAS Mutual Aid Box Alarm System Agreement discussed by Attorney Coggins. Stated that we just need to agree to Addendum C.  

           Motion by Tarmann to approve an operator’s license to Starr Neumann for Kranky Bob’s, 2^nd by Mueller, carried.
