Special Board Meeting Nov 14, 2016

                                  November 14, 2016 6:30 PM

                       SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING  

           Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 6:30 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski. Motion by Banaszak to approve Operator’s licenses for Jamie Winger & Shirley Hollstein for Loopy’s in Loomis, 2^nd by Mueller, carried. Adjourned to Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (a) personnel at 6:43 PM. Reconvened to Open Session at 7:48 PM. Banaszak made motion to give Brian Winchell PW employee a 2% raise from anniversary date, also raise other public works employees with CDL to $15.00/ hour. Town hall custodian to $11.00/hour, election workers $1.00 per hour raise pay to include November 8 election, 2^nd by Mueller, carried.       Mueller motion to discontinue reimbursement to Winchell for private cell phone to a Town phone that he is to carry at all times. 2^nd by Tarmann, carried.   Meeting adjourned at 8:03 PM
