Minutes of Special Board Meeting December 15, 2016

                                  December 15, 2016 6:30 PM

                        SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING  

           Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 6:30 pm, present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and Trista from UP Engineers. Supervisor Mueller was absent. Discussed Public Works building bid process and specs. Bids will be requested starting January 2, 2016. Completion date of building will be August 31, 2017.

            

           Motion by Banaszak to accept Health Insurance from Common Ground, Envision, Aurora/Bellin PPO Gold 1000/80 Policy payments at $820.08/ month. 2^nd by Tarmann, carried.    

           Employee Handbook was discussed. Adoption of the handbook will be on January 3, 2017 meeting.
