                                    April 20, 2017 Special Board Meeting

  

                                                      

Special Meeting: Called to order at 7:00 P.M., present were Chairperson Banaszak, Supervisor Sotka, Supervisor Mueller, Clerk/Treasurer Tarmann.

Bid for Ferndale Road Improvement Project (TRIP D) was awarded to Scott Construction for $147,220.

Motion by Supervisor #1 Cory Sotka, 2^nd by Supervisor #2 Travis, motion carried 3-yes, 0- no, carried. (See attached spreadsheet for bids filed with the town)

Bid for Ferndale Road Improvement Project (TRIP) was awarded to Scott Construction for $69,745.00.

Motion by Supervisor #2 Travis Mueller, 2^nd by Supervisor #1 Cory Sotka, motion carried 3-yes, 0- no, 0-abstentions, carried. (See attached spreadsheet for bids filed with the town)

A motion to amend Ordinance for Trailer Parts Title 15, Chapter 3&4 with the attached list of corrections.

Roll call vote: Supervisor #1 Cory Sotka – Yes

                        Supervisor #2 Travis Mueller – Yes

                        Chairperson Dan Banaszak – Yes

Motion carried 3-yes-0-no-0-abstentions.

Motion to adjourn by Travis Mueller, seconded by Dan Banaszak, 3-0-0, carried.
