Special Town Board Meeting

  1. Call to order at 5:29 p.m.Present was Chairperson Banaszak, Clerk/Treasurer Tarmann, Supervisor #1 Sotka, Supervisor #2 Mueller.
  1. Sotka made a motion to approve the agenda, 2nd by Mueller, and carried.
  1. Scott Huquet from Beneficial Use Management requested to meet with      the Town Board as a courtesy with information of the Beneficial Use of      Industrial Byproducts to be used at the Schwittay Farm. Mr. Huquet also      explained the manner and recording of byproducts used for landfill on the    Schwittay Farm along with providing Chapter NR 538 regulation of such use. There was no action.

A recess was at 6:20 pm and the meeting reconvened into session at7:00 p.m.

  1. A mobile home variance was requested by Duane & Dawn Lesage inthe Mohawk Mobile Home Park for a 1999 mobile home. The proper paperwork and inspection were brought to the Board for review. A motion was made by Sotka to grant the variance upon the completion of the building permits and other reconnect permits, 2nd by Banaszak, and motion carried 2 yes 1 no Mueller.
  1. There was no correspondence.
  1. Motion to adjourn at 7:13 p.m. by Mueller, 2nd by Sotka,      and carried.
