1:00 p.m. Road Committee and Planning Commission Meeting to review 2018 Road Proposal Projects, Dilapidated Buildings and UTV/ATV Routes

Pledge of Allegiance

  1. Call to order. The meeting was called to order at 1:07 p.m.
  1. Approvalof agenda.

  2. Road Committee 2018 road projects the committee talked about Oak,  Tipperary, Birchwood, Aspen, Evan, Shady Lane and South Lane as possible road projects for the 2018 construction year. Also crack sealing Birchwood Road between W and GG, also included for crack filling was Noquebay Road, Tipperary and School Forest Road.                      
  3. Planning Commission – Dilapidated Buildings. The Planning Committee composed a letter for three dilapidated building sites on Cty GG, Cty G and Boat Landing Road. The letter will be brought to the Town Board for approval at  the regular meeting.
  4. UTV/ATV Routes –County Ordinance #395-18. The county roads that we discussed for access to UTV/ATV routes included Noquebay Road east to Spur Road on Cty roads GG to G. Then possibly Riverview Road      to Loomis Road on Cty W and Two Mile Road to Gravelly Brook on Cty W.
  5. Adjourn The Planning and Road Committee adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
