6:30 p.m. Special Meeting Town Board Meeting to Review Road Projects

Agenda

  1. Pledge of Allegiance
  1. Call to order.

      The meeting was called to order by Banaszak at 6:32 p.m. Present was Banaszak, Sotka, Tarmann, and members of the public.

  1. Approval of agenda.

       A motion to approve the agenda was made by Sotka seconded by Banaszak and carried.

  1. Road Projects . A motion to put the following roads for bids for 2 weeks in the paper – Gravelly Brook, Pioneer, Point Lane, and Birchwood (See attached description) by Sotka, seconded by Banaszak and carried. The County will be doing the pulverizing and repaving for Oak, Tipperary and Loomis and South Lane. A motion by Banaszak to have Richlen Excavating do the excavating work on the following roads Oak      Tipperary, Loomis Road and South Lane, seconded by Sotka and carried.
