6:45 p.m. Special Town Board Meeting

Callto order.

The meeting was to order at 6:50 p.m. Present was Banaszak,
Mueller, Sotka, Tarmann and a member of the Public.

Approvalof agenda.

A motion to approve the
agenda was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.

AcceptTown of Lake Road Bids – BirchwoodRoad

There was one Bid from Scott Construction was received at 6:23 p.m. Bids will be awarded at the June 5, 2018
Regular Town Board meeting. All roads included in the bid totaled $122,500.00

Review format of Town of Lake Agenda –Attorney Coggins.

A motion to have the Town Counsel updateand amend the Town of Lake agenda to meet State Statutes by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.

There was no correspondence.
