March 3, 2015 6:30 pm Business Meeting

And 7:00 pm Regular Board Meeting

Business Meeting: Discussed monthly expenditures.

Regular Board Meeting called to order by Chairman Lyle Cherry at 7:00 pm, present were Chairman Cherry, Supervisor Mueller, Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski Supervisor and 6 members of the public. Supervisor Tarmann was absent. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Mueller made motion to approve the agenda, 2^nd by Cherry, carried. Motion by Mueller to approve the minutes of February 3, 2015, Regular Board Meeting, 2^nd by Cherry, carried. Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski reported the checking account had a balance of $333,567.58. Checks issued were #19840 -19896 for $1,020,498.54 and electronic debit of $2536.65. This includes Tax settlements of $894,542.52. Mueller made motion to approve the financial report, 2^nd by Cherry, carried.

Regular Meeting for April will be moved to Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 7;00 PM, Business Meeting at 6:30 PM. This change is because of the election on April 7, 2015.

Quorum of Town of Lake Board as members of the Crivitz School Board was discussed. The regular postings provided by the school board is sufficient according to the district attorney.

Discussed road work on Ferndale Rd, ELS Railroad will fix the railroad crossing whenever we are ready.

Planning Commission recommended that set backs use the legal survey markers and anyone requesting a new driveway permit must also get a fire number. Discussion will continue on this, ordinances state the set backs 2 different ways.
