Minutes Special Meeting 3-19-2015

                             SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Special Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM, present were Chairman Cherry, Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski. Also present were Brian Winchell and 8 members of the public.

Discussion on Birchwood Road vs Ferndale Road issues. Tarmann made a motion to fix Birchwood Road, between County W & GG, wedge and overlay with chipseal using black slag, approximately 7800 feet, hot or cold mix. Dig out 550 feet from south end near county W starting at pole #3221-30W1 to the north, fill in with breaker and/or drain tile , 1-2 culverts. 2^nd by Mueller carried.

Fidelity Bond for liability for the entire board, $200 for 2 years will be renewed.

Clerk’s computer will be replaced before the election.
