6:30 p.m. Special Town Board Meeting Agenda

Pledge of Allegiance

  1. Call to order.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Present was Banaszak, Mueller and Tarmann. Absent was Sotka.

  1. Approval of agenda.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried.

  1. Review health and dental insurance plans from State of Wisconsin

Information was presented on the WI Public Employers ‘Group Health Insurance Program giving the different options and rate tables(see attached) No motion was made to accept any of the insurance options at the meeting, and further discussion was needed and would be at another meeting.

  1. Closed session: Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1)(a) Personnel. The Board may reconvene to open session to take any action.

A motion to table going into closed session was made by Banaszak, seconded by Mueller and carried.

Roll call vote: Banaszak yes, Mueller yes, and carried.

  1. Reconvene into open session
  2. The board reconvened into open session at 7:25 p.m.
  3. Action     

A special meeting date was agreed upon for Saturday August 24, 2019 to be held in the Public Works building as the Town Hall was being rented for the full day. No other action was taken.

  1. Adjourn     

A motion to adjourn was made by Banaszak, seconded by Mueller and carried for 7:31 p.m.
