5:00 p.m. Budget Workshop-Special Meeting of the Town Board

Pledge of Allegiance

  1. Call to order.

The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. Present was Banaszak, Mueller, Sotka and Tarmann.

  1. Approval of agenda for Budget Workshop

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Sotka, seconded by Mueller and carried.

  1. Presentation of budget information for 2019 and proposed budget for 2020

Banaszak and Tarmann presented information to the Town Board for approval for the 2020 budget year to be presented to the public for property taxes and highway construction expenses. A motion was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka to present the 2020 budget to the public, and carried.

  1. Planning Commission responsibilities information

Banaszak stated to the Town Board the responsibilities of the Planning Commission, their role in the community and the recommendations to be made for approval by the Town Board.

A motion to adjourn was made at 5:45 p.m. by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.
