And 7:00 pm Regular Board Meeting

Business Meeting: Discussed monthly expenditures.

Regular Board Meeting called to order by Chairman Lyle Cherry at 7:00 pm, present were Chairman Cherry, Supervisor Tarmann, and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski. Supervisor Mueller was absent. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Cherry made a motion to approve the agenda, 2nd by Tarmann, carried. Motion by Tarmann to approve the minutes of March 3, 2015, Regular Board Meeting and March 19 Special Meeting 2nd by Cherry, carried. Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski reported the checking account had a balance of $328,558.87. Checks issued were #19897 -19965 for $38,676.92 and electronic debit of $2688.57. General Transportation Aids had been received and Bridge money from the county. Tarmann made motion to approve the financial report, 2nd by Cherry, carried.

Dan Banaszak commended Lyle Cherry for his years of service to the Town.

Tarmann made a motion to accept the contract with JNS Enterprises for residential garbage pickup. 2nd by Cherry carried.

Chairman Cherry made a motion to sign the agreement with the Village of Crivitz for (police service) code enforcement officer for $50 per hour all insurance, unemployment etc. to be paid by Village of Crivitz for the period from 4-9 2015 to 12-31-2015. 2nd by Tarmann, carried.

Robert MacGlashin a resident of Two Mile Road reported on a bad section of Two Mile Road.

Bill Retza requested a copy of any additional ordinances that have been added to the original Ordinance Book.

Fire Chief Craig Caylor reported that he had 3 quotes for emergency backhoe use from Scott Anderson, Richlen Excavating and Harding. Chief Caylor explained the new MABAS Mutual Aid System as being different from the previous system in that specific equipment or personnel could be requested, now everybody & every piece of equipment goes to a mutual aid call.

Brian Winchell Public Works asked for approval to hire Richlen Excavating to replace the culvert on Spur Lane. 2 bids were received from Richlen Excavating $750.00 and Scott Anderson $2135.00. County will pay for ½ of this cost through Bridge Aid. Hilldale culvert final cost to Town was $652.00 of the total cost $8900. Thanks to Kip Knudsen for building a frame for the map and a box for the chipper.
