                                   April 21, 2015 6:30 PM

                             SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Special Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Supervisor Tarmann, present were Dan Banaszak Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski, and members of the public.

Having been duly elected at the April 7, 2015 Spring Election, the following were administered the Oath of Office: Dan Banaszak—Chairperson, Linda Tarmann—Supervisor 1, Travis Mueller—Supervisor 2, Penny Chaikowski—Clerk/Treasurer.

Motion was made by Mueller to revise the signature cards at Farmers & Merchants Bank to Chairman Dan Banaszak and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski, they will sign all checks for the Town of Lake, 2^nd by Tarmann, carried.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:40 PM
