Pledge of Allegiance
- Call to order. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Banaszak.
- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried. Present was Banaszak, Mueller, Sotka and Tarmann.
- Approval of meeting minutes from May 5, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting, May, 19 2020 Board of Review meeting, and May 19, 2020 Annual Public meeting
A motion to approve the minutes from May 5, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting, May 19, 2020 Board of Review and unapproved May 19, 2020 Annual Public Meeting was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the Financial Report including vouchers #23299-23360 for $37,481.35, EFT for $2,033.05, Deposits of $27,850.02 for F&M Bank, Deposits of $507.91 for LGIP and EFT for LGIP of $25,000.00
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
A motion to approve the Liquor licenses for 20-21 and operator licenses for 20-21 was made by Sotka, second Mueller and carried. See the attached listing of approved licenses.
- Planning Commission Report
Nothing to report
- Approve Certified Survey maps
No CSM to approve.
- Open Road Work Bids, review and award Bids
Bids for the Trip Project on Loomis Road were from Scott Construction for $54,300 and Northeast Asphalt for $ 56,992.40. The Trip Project bids were tabled .Bids will be reviewed and awarded on Thursday June 4, 2020. Bids for Pioneer Road for $32,560 from Scott Construction and Spur Road for $57,300 from Scott Construction. Both bids were awarded by a motion made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.
- Fire Dept Report
Fire Chief Caylor reported for the Fire Department for the month of May, 2020. There will be training for on June 17, 2020 with a simulated fire training.
- Public Works Report
Banaszak reported for the Public Works department grading, replaced culvert on Ferndale, patching roads several times, hauled poles for the addition on old public works, truck repairs, and will be cutting grass starting next week. Dama Plumbing brought a load of top soil over the septic.
- Speed Bump request / Birchwood Road – Wayne Franzen
Wayne Franzen is requesting the Town to allow having a speed bump on Birchwood Road. There is currently a 15-mph speed limit on the road. The Board said is would not allow a speed bump.
- Public Comment
No public comment.
- Correspondence
Mueller will be doing Board of Review training through a webinar. Sotka will be doing a search of dilapidated building so that we can issue warning. The Town has 50 feet of access on Riverview Road. The Town will be putting a no loitering sign up by the access.

A motion to adjourn at 7:53 p.m. was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.
