Pledge of Allegiance

  1. Call to order.

The meeting was called to order at 5:06 p.m. Present was Banaszak, Mueller and Sotka. Absent was Tarmann.

  1. Approval of agenda.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.

  1. Review bids for Trip Project Loomis Road Work

Bids received from Northeast Asphalt and Scott Construction for the TRIP Project for Loomis road. Northeast Asphalt bid was for hot mix without virgin materials for 56,992.40. Scott Construction’s bid for cold mix with virgin materials was for 54,300.00.

  1. Award bid
  2. A motion was made to award the TRIP Project #27800 to Scott Construction for cold mix paving by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried. 3 yes, 0 no

There was no correspondence.
