- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Banaszak
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Roll Call.

- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried
- Approval of meeting minutes from September 1, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting
Approval of the minutes from September 1, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report with vouchers #23489-23535 for $113872.97, deposits for F&M Bank for $1273.77 and ETF’s for $2091.93 was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Approve Election Officials
Three election officials were brough to the Town Board for approval. They are Renee Kresl, Bruce Liesch and Julie Miron. A motion to approve the 3 listed elections was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
There are 2 Operators for the Town Board to approve. They are Carol Holland and Gina Van Hoff. A motion was made to approve the 2 listed persons for operator licenses by Banaszak, seconded by Mueller and carried.
- Planning Commission Report
Nothing to report
- Approve Certified Survey maps for Picha property/Doug Wagner property
Tabled the approval of the CSM for the Picha property until October 13, 2020 at 6 p.m. Doug Wagner’s CSM was approved with a motion from Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Authorization Board of Commissioners Public Lands refinancing existing debt
A motion to get a new refinancing schedule for existing debt for the Public Works building, the service truck and the fire tanker truck for 5 years at 2.5 % by Banaszak and seconded Mueller and carried.
- Authorization Board of Commissioners to borrow $30,000 for one year for Fire Tanker Truck
- Tables & Chairs were purchased through the Routes to Recovery Grant so the surfaces were easily sanitized.
- Set date for November Board Meeting for November 5, 2020
A motion to change the date for the Regular Town Board Meeting for November 5, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. was made by Banaszak, seconded by Mueller and carried.
- Set date for Budget Hearing November 10, 2020
Reminder that the Budget Hearing will be on November 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
- 2020 Road Work Update
Banaszak reported the road will be completed as to this week with the shouldering of Loomis Road.
- Fire Dept Report
Ray Kruszka stated the fire department has a cancelled fire call and two lift assists.
- Rescue Squad 2020 – 2021 Contract
A motion was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak to approve the 2021 Rescue Squad contract for $3,076.26.
- Mohawk roads update
A meeting between the Chairman and Mohawk’s attorney determining what needs to be completed.
- 2020-2021 Garbage service dates
A new schedule for the 2020-2021 garbage schedule will be put online and available to the public after tonight’s meeting.
- Rural Insurance – old Public Works building information
The new insurance quote will include an increase in our liability insurance from $2 million to $3 or $4 million for the 2020-2021 insurance schedules
- Public Works Report
Banaszak stated that there were many areas that have been maintained including grading, shouldering, brushing and chipping, replacing old signs, picked up supplies for an election stand, doing the last of the mowing. Once the salt/sand shed is completed we will be getting our salt/sand for the year.

An email from the Crivitz School requesting the ability to place a wireless router that the students can connect to with their laptop. Dan Banaszak stated that he doesn’t want to run for Chairman for the 2021-2023 fiscal year.

A motion was made by Mueller to adjourn at 8:31p.m seconded by Banaszak and carried.
