- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by Banaszak.
- Pledge of Allegiance

- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Sotka, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Approval of meeting minutes from October 5, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting and October 13, 2020 Special Town Board Meeting
A motion to approve the minutes from October 5, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting and October 13, 2020 Special Town Board Meeting by Sotka, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report
A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report with Vouchers #23536-23588 for $159103.91, Receipts for $177,188.93, EFT for $2,136.34, transfers from LGIP to F&M checking for $175,00.00 and deposits for LGIP for $40,819.62 by Banaszak, seconded by Sotka and carried.
- Information for Budget Hearing
A copy of the 2021 Budget was explained to the Town Board that will be presented to the public on Tuesday November 10, 2020.
- Authorization Board of Commissioners Public Lands refinancing existing debt
A motion to approve the refinancing of the previous loans for the Public Works building and, the Public Works service truck was made by Sotka, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Authorization Board of Commissioners to borrow $72,000 for Fire Tanker Truck
A motion to approve $72,500 for the purchase and new voting machine by Sotka, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
An application for an Operator’s License for Cady Caebe for Timberline Resort was made by Sotka, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Planning Commission Report
Nothing to report.
- Information on Picha CSM
Banaszak was advised to table the motion to approve the CSM until further notice from the Land Information office until a later date.
- Fire Dept Report
Nothing to report. The Fire Department helped with the November 3, 2020 elections and the Town of Lake Board would like to thank them for their help in the election process.
- Route to Recovery Grant info
The Route to Recovery Grant was applied for by the Town of Lake
- Pantry purchase of Town Hall chairs
The old chairs for the Town of Lake will not be used. A motion was made by Sotka to donate the chairs to the Crivitz Food Pantry, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- Authorization to move forward with annexing Birchwood Road
Attorney Coggins forwarded paperwork to annex 780’ at the end of Birchwood Rd. A motion to approve the annexing of the 780’ settlement on Birchwood Road by the Town of Lake by Sotka, seconded by Banaszak and carried.
- 2020 Road Work Update
All the roadwork for the 2020 repair and reconstruction roadwork has been completed. The Trip reimbursement will be coming to the Town shortly.
- Public Works Report
Banaszak reported the Salt/Sand Shed by the old Public Works building is completed. Maintenance of the roads including brushing, shouldering, grading and hauling of salt and sand to get ready for the 2020-2021 winter season is ready.

- Correspondence
The Tax Agreement with Marinette County copy is in your Board packet. Mohawk is making a 15’ road that will give access to Fire & Rescue. The utilities have put underground for the renters/owners. Dan Banaszak turned in his Notification of Noncandidacy for the year ending April, 2021.
