1. Call to order.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Banaszak – Present, Sotka-present, Mueller-absent

1. Approval of agenda.

A motion was made by Sotka to approve the agenda, seconded by Banaszak and carried.

1. Presentation of 2021 Budget

Clerk Tarmann presented the proposed 2021 Budget to the Town of Lake with $511,799 for the proposed levy and $224, 378 for the road construction for the 2021 budget.

A motion to adjourn was made by Sotka at 7:22 p.m., seconded by Banaszak and carried.
