The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Sup Sotka.

  1. Approval of agenda.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried.3-0

  1. Approval of meeting minutes from November 5, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting and November 10, 2020 Special Budget Hearing Meeting and Special Town Board Meetings

A motion to approve the minutes from November 5, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting and November 10, 2020 Special Budget Hearing Meeting and Special Town Board Meeting was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried.3-0

  1. Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers

A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report for vouchers #23589-23637 for $15433.84, EFT for F&M Bank for $1,820.00, Deposits at F&M Bank for $31,356.97, deposits for LGIP for $22,390.40 and transfers from the LGIP for $50,000.00 was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried.3-0

  1. Resolution for the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands to borrow $72,500 for Fire Tanker Truck

A motion to approve Resolution 12-01-2020 for borrowing funds for the purchase of a Fire Dept Tanker Truck from the BCPL for $72,500 was made by Mueller , Sup.#2– yes , Sotka, Sup#1 – yes, and Banaszak, Chairman-yes. And carried 3 yes, 0 no’s and 0 abstentions.

  1. Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)

None to approve.

  1. Planning Commission Report

Nothing to report.

  1. Variance for Kevin Weber for building near a lot line

A motion to approve a variance for Kevin Weber to build closer to the lot than the ordinance states was made by Mueller, seconded by Banaszak and carried. 3-0

  1. Mohawk Resort Update

Banaszak reported that Dennis Wendricks fixed the roads with an agreeable road width, a turn around and the electric is now underground. Attorney Coggins will file for the cost of the lawsuit to Mohawk Resort.

  1. Fire Dept Report

No report.

  1. Transfer balance from 2020 unexpended Fire Dept Budget to F.D Savings and 2020 Budget Revision.

A motion to approve the balance that was not expended at the end of 2020 fiscal year was tables. A motion to approve Resolution #12-01 to amend the 2020 Budget was made by Banaszak, seconded by Mueller and carried. 3-0

  1. 2021 Road Work

Banaszak reported that Riverview Road from Cty P for 4 sections is planned for the 2021 road construction. An estimate for hot mix should come for information for the January, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting

  1. Public Works Report

Jeremy Gross reported there was maintenance done on roads, put on snowplowing equipment on the trucks, grading and pothole repair.

Banaszak stated that he applied for an ATV/UTV request from Cty P over the bridge to connect to Town of Beaver, ending at Riverview Rd. We received a thank you from the Crivitz Food Pantry for the donation of the chairs, and also a thank you from Scott Construction for the 2020 road work project.
