  1. Call to order.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor Sotka.

  1. Approval of agenda. Move item 8 to 7 and 15 to 9.

A motion to approve the agenda with the revisions was made by Sotka seconded by Mueller and carried.

  1. Approval of meeting minutes from December 1, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting

A motion to approve the minutes from December 1, 2020 was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.

  1. Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers

A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report with Vouchers #23638-23718 for $62,640.96, deposits for $32,753.41 for F&M Bank, deposits for LGIP for $48,940.95, and EFT’s for $2,667.53 was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried

  1. # 8Motion to approve to move forward with refinancing debt for Public Works Building and Public Works service Truck.

A motion to contact the BCPL to refinance the remaining loans was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.

  1. #7 Motion to approve Rural Insurance for 2021-2022

Jim Pickett explained any changes to the 2021-2022 insurance premium with additional increase of liability insurance coverage and property insurance changes. A motion to approve Rural Insurance for liability, workers compensation and property insurance for $17,991.00 and proposal Qro119170B for an additional amount of $459 for additional coverage was made by Mueller, seconded by Sotka and carried.

  1. Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)

None to approve

  1. Planning Commission Report

Nothing to report

  1. Motion to approve Certified Survey Maps

None to approve

  1. Update on Fire Dept Tanker Truck

Fire Chief Caylor reported the tanker truck for the fire department would not be delivered until some in February because of the delays in manufacturing due to Covid-19 from the fire department that is selling us the tanker. The Town will not request the monies to borrow until the month of February, 2021.

  1. Community Code Service Ordinance update

Two ordinance updates were made available for the Town Board to review and put on the February agenda for approval and inclusion in the Town Ordinances.

  1. Public Works Report

Jeremy Gross gave the Public Works report including road maintenance, plowing and truck maintenance. He also replaced the soap and paper towel dispensers that were ordered for public safety.
