Pledge of Allegiance

  1. Call to order.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Sotka.

  1. Roll call.

  1. Approval of agenda.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried

  1. Discussion of 2021 Riverview Road Project Bids.

The Town of Lake Board reviewed the bids for the Riverview Road Project. The bids were all gone over and compared for accurate figures. It was discussed that it was in the interest of the Town of Lake to go with hot mix asphalt would last longer with the heavy equipment that traveled from the farms and gravel trucks that go the gravel pits.

  1. Motion to award bid for Riverview Road Project

A motion was made to award the bid to Northeast Asphalt for $232,945.45 with hot mix asphalt by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried.

6.Correspondance

A copy of the advertisements that were put in the Peshtigo Times. Also, Board of Review training needs to be completed by someone from the Board and submitted to the DOR.

7. Adjourn

A motion to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and carried.
