- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sotka at 7:00 p.m.
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Roll Call.

- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried.
- Approval of meeting minutes from May 4, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting, May 10,2021 Special Town Board Meeting and May 19, 2021 Open Book meeting
- A motion to approve the minutes from May 4, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting, May 10,2021 Special Town Board Meeting and May 19, 2021 Open Book meeting by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried.
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report for $24,306.36 for Vouchers, EFT for $2,052.54, deposits for $26,691.16 and transfers for $25,000.00 was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried.
- Renew Recycle contract with Town of Stephenson for 2021-2022
A motion to approve the recycle contract for 2021-2022 with the Town of Stephenson by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
A motion to approve the list of 2021-2022 Alcohol Beverage Licenses and Operator’s Licenses as attached was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried.
- Planning Commission Report
Nothing to report.
- Motion to approve Certified Survey Maps
None to report.
- Open bids for Fire Dept old tanker truck
Bids will not be opened until June 15, 2021. A special meeting will for 6:00 p.m. on June 15, 2021.
- Fire Dept Report
Nothing to report
- Update on vehicles near roadways and farm field access
Sotka reported that he and Jeremy Gross spoke with the Town of Lake residents that were affected by the vehicles on their property and farming equipment not using ditches for entrance onto field access.
- Public Works Report
Sotka gave the Public Works report for the month of May, 2021. It included road maintenance, brushing, adding gravel to shoulders and moved the vehicles that were near the roadway.
- Information on Right of Way/Rustic Road repairs
Sotka said he received a complaint on Right of Way/Rustic Road because of the blacktop heaving and causing extreme bumps for local traffic. Sotka stated that he will be meeting with Richlen Excavating for a quote for scarifying and adding gravel to the road as a safety factor. Jeremy Gross also added additional signage so that traffic on coming is aware of the gravel and bumps on the road.
- Update for Planning Commission and Ordinance Committee members info
One person called to ask about the Ordinance committee and one person asked about the Planning Committee.
- Correspondence
Info on the Board of Review training available, monarch and turtle habitat, and the DNR website for information.
- Public Comment
What was the road that was to be quoted for repair which is Right of Way Road to the right of the ‘Y’.
