- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chairman Sotka.
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Roll Call.

- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Nelson with Item 7 deleted, seconded by Hanson and carried.
- Planning Commission Report
Bob Burmek reported the Planning Commission met concerning the CSM for Jim Hughart. The Planning Commission is making the recommendation to accept the CSM as presented.
- Motion to approve Certified Survey Maps
Nelson made the motion to approve the CSM for Jim Hughart, seconded by Hanson and carried.
- 2020 Audit Report by Kerber & Rose, S.C.
- Approval of meeting minutes from June 1, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting, June 15, 2021 Special Town Board Meeting
Hanson first n, Nelson seconded and carried.
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the finance report by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried.
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
Beechwood Golf Course submitted a liquor license and 2 operator licenses for approval.
A motion to approve the Liquor License and 2 operator licenses for Robert and Lori Zorn by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried.
- Fire Dept Report
None to report
- Country Visions LP gas contract 2021-2022
A motion was made by Nelson to place an adv for propane and diesel for bids in the Peshtigo Times, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0
- Ordinance Title 7 Licensing and Regulations
Dan Banaszak will review the Title 7 Ordinance.
- Update on Obscenity Ordinance
Sotka reported the flag was taken down on Cty Rd W and no citation will be issued.
- Public Works Report
Jeremy Gross is on vacation. Sotka gave the road report for Gross that included road patching, cleaned up debris after storm, fixed signs, repaired big mower, mowed lawns and cut ditches and landfill on Birchwood.
- Road report updates for maintenance and repairs
Road work will begin on July 9 for Riverview Road and should be blacktopped by July 31, 2021. Scott Banaszak will be replacing culverts on Beechwood for $500. The Spur Rod culvert will be done by Richlen in September. Zorn Trucking will be doing Ash Lane and Tamarac will be widening and adding ditching. The County will be doing 100’ of blacktopping by Wiedemeier Sawmill. In September rumble strips will be done by Scott Construction. Road King will be doing Rustic Road at the end of July, beginning of August. The Public Works will be purchased 6 used truck tires.
- Correspondence
The WTA will be holding a meeting on July 22, 2021 at the Town of Silver Cliff at 7:00 p.m.
- Public Comment
Ken Marcusen reported that Peterman Road needs to be graveled and a turn a round should be added for Town use instead of using the private driveway. Island View Road has a variance N5974 is the location that needs to be looked at which is being blocked and waste materials are being dumped on public lands and has it posted the property. The Planning Commission will meet together to review the property and report back to the Chairman with their findings.
Bill Retza reported that there needs to be more recycling as there is a large of recyclables going to the Landfill.
- Closed session: Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1)(a) Personnel. The Board may reconvene to open session
to take any action action to approve any changes
Roll call vote: Hanson _yes__ Nelson _yes__ Sotka _yes__ to go to closed session at 8:15 p.m.
- Reconvene into open session
The Town of Lake Board reconvened into open session at 8:40 p.m.
Roll call vote Sotka yes Hanson yes and Nelson yes.
Action.
A motion to change the payment for Holiday pay was changed to mean if the Holiday fell on a Saturday or Sunday the previous Friday or following Monday would be a paid Holiday at 8 hours was made by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried 3yes 0 no.
