- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Sotka.

- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve agenda was made by Hanson with the change to have item 11 & 12 above item #5 was seconded by Nelson and carried.
- Audit 2020 – tabled until October 5, 2021
- Approval of meeting minutes from August 3, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting, Special Town Board Meeting August 11, 2021 and August 30, 2021 Special Town Board Meeting
A motion to approve the August 3, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting, Special Town Board Meeting August 11, 2021 and August 30, 2021 Special Town Board Meeting was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson to approve the vouchers #24076-24112 and 24131-24132 for $40,416.14, EFT of $2,127.97, deposits of $190,241.70 and carried. 3-0
- Approval of LGIP Act #4 Grant Funds account
A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson to approve LGIP Act.#4 3-0
- Approval of Contract with Marinette County for 2021 Tax Bills
A motion to approve the 2021 Marinette Contract for Tax Bills was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators) Loopy’s in Loomis Days

This was for information only to notify the Town of Lake Board that Loopy’s in Loomis is hosting a Loopy’s in Loomis Days.
- Planning Commission Report
Bob Burmek recommended to the Town Board to approve the CSM for Charles and Dorothy Schnell.
- Motion to approve Certified Survey Maps – Schnell Property
A motion to approve the CSM for Charles and Dorothy Schnell was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3- 0
- Fire Dept Report
No report.
- Public Works Report
A motion to move Item#16 up by Item#14 was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3 – 0
The Public works report was given by Chairman Sotka. Monthly maintenance for roads was done, gravel was hauled to Tamarack Lane and any other maintenance that was needed. 3 – 0
- Equipment purchase Public Works chipper
Public Works would like to replace the current chipper with a used chipper from Dan Bieber $7,500. Dan will possibly take the old chipper in trade. After looking over and testing the chipper it is being brought to the Town Board for approval.
A motion was made by Nelson to purchase the public works chipper, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0
- Update 2021 road work
Tamarack Lane was graveled by the Town of Lake and graded by Zorn Construction. NEA will be completing blacktopping on Riverview the week of September 7, 2021 and will pave two areas on Beech Road where culverts were replaced. This week public works will be hauling gravel to Ash Lane and Zorn Construction will be handling the grading.
A motion to approve the public works reports and the 2021 road update was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3 - 0
- Information 2022-2024 Assessor Maintenance Contract
A motion was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried to approve the 2022-2024 R&R Assessor maintenance contract for the Town of Lake. 3 - 0
- Consider adding Tower Construction to Building Permit in Ordinance Manual
A motion to table the Tower Construction Building Permit until next month for more information was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3 - 0

- Public Comment
Marinette Cty Supervisor Chaikowski explained there will be a change in the ward lines which is redistricting that is based upon the 2020 Census. The redistricting population is approximately 1,400 for the Town of Lake.
