- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Sotka.

- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0
- Approval of meeting minutes from October 5, Regular Town Board Meeting and October 18, 2021 Special Town Board Meeting
- A motion to approve the minutes from October 5, Regular Town Board Meeting and October 18, 2021 Special Town Board Meeting was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
The Treasurer’s financial report included Vouchers #24146-24186 for $309,717.03, F&M Bank deposits for $259,920.27, deposits for LGIP for $59,111.10, EFT for $1,979.56 and LGIP transfers for $250,000.00. A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0
- Approval of Nature’s Edge Inspection Agency
A contract for the Building Inspector, Jane Meissner, Nature’s Edge Inspection Agency was received and a copy of the contract was given to the Town Board. A motion was made by Hanson to approve the 2-year 01-01-2022 – 12-31/2023 contract for Nature’s Edge Inspection Agency, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
None to approve.
- Planning Commission Report
Sotka reported the survey report for by the dam on Lake Noquebay is completed and marked by Hugh Guy Surveying. A motion was made to accept the CSM from Hugh Guy by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0
- Fire Dept Report
Fire Chief Caylor gave the report for the Fire Department. The Breakfast Fund Raiser was a huge success, and a thank you to all persons attending and buying raffle tickets. The fire ponds were updated. Elections were held with Craig Caylor as Fire Chief, David Schwartz as Secretary, and Kevin Gilbert is the Asst. Fire Chief. In the future the Fire Dept would like to upgrade the Kobota and will bring more information to the Town Board.
- Public Works Report
Jeremy Gross gave the Public Works report with road patching, road patching, mowing and sign work. The dump site for yard waste as of November 15, 2021 the site will close until next spring.
- Update road work
Right of Way Road was upgraded by Road King removing the blacktop, removing stumps and adding two culverts and gravel to make the road in driving condition. One driveway needs to fixed on South Lane.
- Update of survey on property by Noquebay Road
See above.
- Propose Recycling committee
Debbie Doubek would like the Town of Lake to establish a Recycling Committee for the Town of Lake. She has many ideas and would like to involved. She suggested to look at the Town of Grover’s program. Kim Hanson volunteered to be Chairman for the Recycling committee. A motion to approve a start of a Recycling Committee as of the November 2, 2021 Regular Town Board Meeting.
- Info on campers
The Camper/lot ordinance was reviewed and is recommended to go the Ordinance Committee for further evaluation and updated.

- Public Comment
Clear bags for garbage was brought up for garbage collection so that recycles would be visible to the garbage hauler for tagging. The Town is still looking into replacing the current chipper.
