  1. Approval of agenda.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0

  1. Approval of meeting minutes from November 2, 2021, Regular Town Board Meeting, November 9, 2021 Public Budget Hearing, Special Meeting of the Electors, and Special Meeting of the Town Board.

A motion to approve the minutes from November 2, 2021, Regular Town Board Meeting, November 9, 2021 Public Budget Hearing, Special Meeting of the Electors, and Special Meeting of the Town Board was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0

  1. Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers

A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report for #24187-24252 for $55,592.70, EFT for F&M Bank for $2,077.81, deposits for $27,844.69, transfers from LGIP Act #1 for $25,000.00 and deposits for LGIP Act#1 for $22,389.35 was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0

  1. Budget Revision 2021 Resolution #2021-2

Tarmann presented the 2021 Budget Revision to the Town Board with an increase in revenues of $161,769 and an increase in expenses of $103,674. A net increase in the fund balance of $59,095 was reflected. A motion to approve the Budget Revision 12-2-2021 was made by Nelson, seconded by n and carried. 3-0-0

  1. Approve Election Officials for 2022-2023 election years

A list of Election Officials was read and is attached for the Town Board to approve for the election years 2022-2021. A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and approved. 2-0-1 abstain Hanson

  1. Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)

None to report.

  1. Planning Commission Report

Nothing to report.

  1. Fire Dept Report

Nothing to report.

  1. Public Works Report

Sotka gave the Public Works reports which included removal of old culverts, maintenance of equipment, road maintenance, checks roads for 2022 road projects, installed plows, plowed snow and sanding.

  1. Update on Riverview Road work

There was to be an estimate for the shoulders from Richlen Excavating and some fill from Zorn Trucking. This will be dependent upon the weather and amount of snow.

  1. Snowmobile Club request for use of right of way

The local snowmobile club would like to make improvements to the town right of way ditches to make the snowmobile trail safer for the riders. The Chairman asked the club to contact the property owners

  1. ARPA funding update

Tarmann gave a report on the WTA zoom meeting for the ARPA funding. It was an hour zoom meeting with good insight into acceptable use of the ARPA Grant funds.
