                             SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

           Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 7:04 pm present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and 16 members of the public. Supervisor Mueller was tardy.

           Mueller made a motion to grant a variance to Bob Olson to move in a 1983 Manufactured double-wide Home to replace 2 older mobile homes on Right of Way Road with the stipulation that the old trailers are removed before spring, 2^nd by Tarmann, carried.

           Tarmann made a motion to approve a Certified Survey Map for Bucky Zorn, splitting a parcel on west Gravelly Brook Road, 2^nd by Mueller, carried.

           Supervisor Tarmann made a motion to approve a fireworks permit for the Crivitz Ski-Cats for July 4^th at County Park Lake Noquebay, 2^nd by Mueller, carried.

           Discussed changes by the IRS to reimbursements for health insurance. Public Works employee Brian Winchell is affected by this. Right now the town will reimburse him for the next quarter before the June 30 deadline to provide more time for investigation of alternatives. Ruling says you can give a raise to cover the insurance, but you cannot stipulate that the raise be spent for insurance. Payroll taxes would have to be paid on the raise.

           Peter Culp asked about garbage pick up and recycling for condo lots at Mohawk Resort. Garbage could be put out for pick up at the nearest public road, recycling can be taken to the Recycling Center in Crivitz.                  Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
