A motion was made to approve the agenda by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
- Approval of meeting minutes from April 6, 2022, Regular Town Board Meeting, April 12, 2022 Special Town Board Meeting (preliminary) April 19, 2022 Annual Meeting, and Special Town Board Meeting May 2, 2022
A motion to approve the minutes from April 6, 2022, Regular Town Board Meeting, April 12, 2022 Special Town Board Meeting (preliminary) April 19, 2022 Annual Meeting by Nelson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the financial report with Vouchers #24465-24528 for $41416.12 with voids #24506-24514, EFT of $4,152.34, F&M deposits of $21843.13 and LGIP deposits of $71.30 by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried.3-0-0
- Planning Commission Report
Chairman Burmek suggested to table the recommendation to the Town Board until the Building Inspector and from the Certified Building Inspector.
A motion by Hanson, seconded by Nelson to approve to have 2 mobile homes
- Approval of CSMs

- Approval of Variance/Mobile Home
- Open bids 2022 Road Work
There were 2 bids from Scott Construction and one Fahrner Construction for 2022 Road Work.
Scott Construction for chip seal for $28,190, Scott Construction for Hilldale Road cold mix and wedging $137,2000, for Riverview Road for cold mix and wedging for $43,900. Fahrner Construction for chip seal without for $39,719.98, the wedging would be completed by another contractor.
- Set date for awarding Road Work bids for May 10, 2022 6:00 p.m.
A motion to have a Special Town Board meeting to award bids for road construction on May 10, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. was made by Nelson and seconded by Sotka and carried. 3-0-0
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
None to report
- Fire Dept Report
Fire Chief Caylor reported inspections for commercial buildings will begin the month of May, 2022. A few repairs will be needed for the fire equipment.
- Public Works Report
Chairman Sotka read the Public Works report for Jeremey Gross including maintenance, road plowing for April, readied the debris drop by the salt shed open as of April 15, 2022. He also installed new signs, picked up garbage including tires and took it to the landfill, graded roads and seeded the shoulders on Riverview Road.
- Complaint for stray dogs
Several complaints on barking were brought to the Town Board on Evans Lane. Chairman Sotka said he will contact the owners concerning the nuisance.
- Discussion of unsightly properties
Chairman Sotka brought to the attention of the Town Board that a complaint for unsightly property
- Public Comment
Amanda Popp stated that she spoke with both building inspectors concerning the mobile home passing inspections
Bill Retza brought up the issue with the Ordinances that need to be updated. Ken Marcusen also brought up the same issue with the Town Ordinances needing to be brought up to-date.
