6:30 p.m. Planning Commission Meeting Agenda

Pledge of Allegiance

  1. Call to order.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Burmek.

  1. Roll call.

  1. Approval of agenda.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Burmek, seconded by Hanson and carried.

  1. Discussion of Mohawk property improvements and variance.

There was discussion of the mobile home ordinance for the Town of Lake and included discussion of the lots, existing manufactured homes and any new/incoming manufactured homes. There was discussion of applicable Ordinance Sec. 15-2-3 (c). An agreement that all deficiencies should be fixed/completed upon inspections before moving a trailer into the lot, including fire detectors, etc. Chairman Burmek made a motion to table the approval until further information.
