- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Sotka.
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Roll Call.

- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0
- Approval of meeting minutes from Special Town Board Meeting May 2, 2022, Planning Commission Meeting May 3, 2022, Regular Town Board Meeting May 3, 2022, Special Town Board Meeting May 10, 2022, Special Town Board Meeting Board of Review May 18, 2022 and Special Town Board Meeting May 24, 2022.
A motion to approve the meeting minutes from Special Town Board Meeting May 2, 2022, Planning Commission Meeting May 3, 2022, Regular Town Board Meeting May 3, 2022, Special Town Board Meeting May 10, 2022, Special Town Board Meeting Board of Review May 18, 2022 and Special Town Board Meeting May 24, 2022 was made by Hanson seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
- Approval WTA membership dues 2022-2023 Voucher #24564 for $1,059.00
A motion to approve the 2022-23 WTA membership dues was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and carried. 3-0-0
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report with vouches #24527-24566 for $24,428.10, EFT for $2,000.57, deposits for $2464.08 in F&M Bank, deposits for $192841.45 for $194841.45 in LGIP, and transfers for $191906.25 in the LGIP savings account was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
- Planning Commission Report
The Planning Commission reviewed the CSM and made a recommendation to the Town Board to approve the CSM for Richard Wiedemeier.
- Approval of CSMs.
A motion to approve the CSM for Richard Wiedemeier was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
The applications for all the liquor licenses were received prior to 6-7-2022 Town Board Meeting. The Liquor licenses for Backwater Bar & Grill, Beechwood Golf Course, Diamond Lake Campground, Loopy’s in Loomis and Timberline Bar & Grill were completed and paid. Also, Operator Licenses for the following persons Lori Zorn, Mark Grenier, Emily Neese, Justin Neese, Jennifer Zirbel, Joseph Zirbel, Cantri Falash, Ted Klaver, Robin Robinson, Shirley Smith, Mindy Swick, Tanya Werner, Jessica Wygant, Kimberley Wygant, Brandon Ciquepalmi, Randy Hardy, Cynthia Milquett, and Victoria Oleck. A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson to approve the Liquor Licenses and the operator licenses and carried. 3-0-0
- Fire Dept Report
None
- Public Works Report
Jeremy Gross gave the public works report for May.
- Update on dog complaint and unsightly properties
Chairman Sotka reported that a complaint on Riverview was received. He also spoke to the persons involved with the barking and that has been taken care as of the meeting.
- Discussion of Spur Road, Riverview Road and salt/sand driveway and pad
Chairman Sotka stated that Peshtigo Asphalt would be doing the sand/salt pad for a 120x20 pad for $9,600 and Bill Zorn driveway for $2,413A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0
A motion to install the 4 culverts for $18, 000 was made by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
A motion to approve the Spur Road project for $11, 000 from Richlen and the Town’s costs for was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried 3-0-0
A motion to approve the crack filling up to $24,000 by Nelson, seconded by Hanson, and carried 3-0-0
- Discussion of Town property
Chairman Sotka asked the Town Board whether to send a letter of inquiry of the availability of the land surrounding the hall. A motion was made by Nelson to send a letter for interest in purchasing the land, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0
- Update on Mohawk mobile home park
Chairman Sotka stated he has not heard anything from Attorney Coggins.
- Update on Variances
When we receive information from the attorney, we will call a special meeting concerning Mohawk mobile home park.
- Public Comment
Ken Marcusen stated there is runoff issue on Lake Noquebay Road. Jeremy Gross will check into the situation for a private driveway culvert with the County. Amanda Popp would like to clarification on the information from Attorney Coggins.
