  1. Call to order.

Chairman Sotka called the meeting order at 5:30 p.m.

  1. Roll call.

  1. Approval of agenda.

A motion to approve the agenda was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0

  1. Approval of Picnic License for Marinette County K-9 1 day license

A motion to approve a 1-day picnic license for the Marinette County K-9 fundraiser on August 20, 2022 was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0

  1. Discussion of insurance for public works employee

Chairman Sotka had spoken with Jim Picket concerning short term care insurance and life insurance. The Town Board will meet before the Regular Town Board meeting at 6:00 p.m. with the insurance representative.

  1. Compose letter for information for Attorney Coggins concerning water, sewer and licensing for mobile home parks and campgrounds
  1. Correspondence

The Marinette County Unit Meeting will on July 27, 2022 at the Grover Town Hall and is open to the Town of Lake Board to attend.

A motion to adjourn at 6:53 p.m. was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried 3-0-0
