- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sotka at 7:02 p.m.

- Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried.3-0-0
- Approval of meeting minutes from Special Town Board Meeting August 2, 2022, Regular Town Board Meeting August 2, 2022, Special Town Board Meeting August 15, 2022, Special Town Board Meeting August 22, 2022, Board of Review Town Board Meeting August 29, 2022 and Special Town Board Meeting August 31, 2022.
A motion was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson to approve the minutes for Special Town Board Meeting August 2, 2022, Regular Town Board Meeting August 2, 2022, Special Town Board Meeting August 15, 2022, Special Town Board Meeting August 22, 2022, Board of Review Town Board Meeting August 29, 2022 and Special Town Board Meeting August 31, 2022 and carried. 3-0-0
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the Treasurer’s financial report was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson with Vouchers #24655-24716 for $62,519.84, EFT at F&M Bank for $ 2,025.07, deposits at F&M Bank for $212,679.15, deposits at LGIP for $51,944.38, and EFT at LGIP for $50,000.00 and carried. 3-0-0
- Planning Commission Report
None to report.
- Approval of CSMs
A survey report was completed for the Town Board by Randy La Plant on Rivers Bend Lane. Chairman Sotka gave a copy of the survey to Bob Burmek to schedule a meeting to review the CSM.
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
None to report.
- Approval of Crivitz, Rescue Squad Contract January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023
A motion to table the Crivitz Rescue Squad Contract approving the contract for further information until the October 4, 2022 Regular Town Board meeting by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0
- Fire Dept Report
It was brought to the attention of the Town Board, that it has been difficult to have someone from the Fire Department attend the monthly Town Board Meeting. It was suggested to write a letter to the Fire Department for someone attend from the Fire Department and a financial report every month for the Regular Town Board meeting.
- Public Works Report and Road Report
Jeremy Gross was absent but gave the Chairman a written report to read to the Town Board, as he could not attend the meeting for September, 2022. The report is attached to the minutes. Jeremy Gross also asked for quotes to be reviewed for new tires for the 2015 dump truck for $1,822.
- Update Road report
Chairman Sotka reported that all the 2022 Road Work was completed.
- Review of Town property next to Loopy’s in Loomis.
Ted Klaver wanted to know if the Town Board would be willing pave more of the entrance to the old Town Public Works building access. It is for information only at this time and for discussion with the Town Board.
- Authorize the Town of Lake to have survey Town Hall property
A motion was made by Hanson to approve a survey of the Town Hall and Public Works Property for future use of the Town Board as needed. Chairman Sotka will request Randy La Plant to do the survey if he is available, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
- Update on survey for easement and cul-de-sac on Rivers Bend Lane
Information on the completed survey was given to the Town Board and the Town Board will review and seek more information after the Planning Commission reviews the CSM. The Town will contact Land Information at Marinette County Land Information. A motion to table any action until further information was made by Hanson, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
- Update on report of barking dogs on Hwy G
It is necessary for the Chairman and Supervisor #2 to speak with the owners of the dogs that have been reported of barking. The owner was told she needed to have a kennel license and has not contacted the Town Clerk for the licenses. A visit with the owners will be either Friday or Saturday.
- Update on Mobile Home parking fees per Ordinance 15-3
The Clerk/Treasurer requested that the Town Board review and update the Mobile Home Ordinance 15-3 and have the Ordinance Committee make revisions suggestions before the end of the year. The Clerk/Treasurer and Supervisor Hanson will take time to review the Mobile Home Fee collection process and compile a letter for January, 2023 Mobile Home Fee collection.
- Approve Audit Report 2021
Clerk Tarmann gave a short explanation of the 2021 Audit that was completed by Kerber & Rose. A copy of the Audit is on file in the Clerk/Treasurer’s office for review.
A motion was made to approve the Audit 2021 by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0
- Public Comment
Sheila and Troy Stodola from Rivers Bend Lane came to the Town Board meeting to express concerns about the recent survey and neighborhood issues with that are occurring to clean up the neighborhood. The Town Board is limited and will discuss a process to review the Ordinances that they brought to the Town Board.
- Correspondence
The statement for the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands for the Debt payment for March 15, 2023 was mailed to the Town for information only. The process has begun for the November 8, 2022 General Elections

A motion was made to adjourn at 9:20 p.m. by Nelson, seconded by Hanson and carried. 3-0-0
