The meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m. by Chairman Sotka.

  1. Approval of agenda.

A motion was made by Nelson to approve the agenda, seconded by Sotka and carried. 2-0-0

  1. Change date of Budget Hearing to November 14, 2022 due to Elections on April 8, 2022

A motion to approve the date change of November 1, 2022 to November 14, 2022 to be set for the Town of Lake Budget Hearing by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried. 2-0-0

  1. Approve resolution to join WI ETF Life Insurance program

A motion to approve the resolution to join the WI ETF life insurance program for Jeremy Gross for $25, 000 or $30, 000 whichever is less was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and carried. 2-0-0
