- Call to order.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sotka at 7:04 p.m.
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Roll Call.

- Approval of agenda.
A motion was made to approve the agenda by Nelson, seconded by Nelson and carried 2-0-0
- Approval of meeting minutes from November 2, 2022 Regular Town Board Meeting and November 10, 2022 Special Town Board Meeting.
A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka to approve the minutes from November 2, 2022 Regular Town Board Meeting and November 10, 2022 Special Town Board Meeting and carried. 2-0-0
- Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the Treasurer’s Financial Report with Vouchers #24815-24887 for $37302.49, voids #24833 and 24844, EFTs at F&M Bank for $2,060.29, Deposits at F&M Bank for $50685.27, Deposits at LGIP for $65332.06 and EFT transfers at LGIP for $50,000.00 was made by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried. 2-0-0
- Approval 2022 Budget Revision as Resolution #2022-3
A motion to approve the 2022 Budget Revision with Resolution #12-03-2022 was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and carried. 2-0-0
- Approve Election Official for 2023
A motion to approve Clare Welty, Rosario Clifford. Farren Manning, Amy Debruin as Election Officials and Leslie Liesch as Chief Election Official for 2023 was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and carried. 2-0-0
- Planning Commission Report
Nothing to report
- Approval of CSMs
Nothing to approve.
- Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators
Nothing to report.
- Fire Dept Report
Dave Schwartz, Fire gave the report for the Fire Department for November. A new roster for the Fire Department was approved with a motion by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried.
- Public Works Report
Chairman Sotka gave the Public Works report for Jeremy Gross. Please see the attached November Work Detail.
- Approve part-time snow plow drivers for 2022-2023 season
A motion was made to approve Gary Zahn as a part-time snow plow driver by Sotka, seconded Nelson and carried. 2-0-0
- Update of the Town of Lake survey for Town Hall property
The survey for the Town of Lake Hall property was finished by Accurate Land Surveying and it is well marked for future parking use.
- Update on blue prints for Town Hall
The preliminary blue prints were finished. A motion was made by Nelson to move forward to develop state approved blue print plans for the addition of the Town Hall and remodeling for presentation at a Public Town Meeting, seconded by Sotka and carried.
- Update on additional land acquisition information
Chairman Sotka was contacted by Gregg Behrendt who expressed interest in selling approximately 20 acres to the Town of Lake. A motion was made by Nelson to proceed with a formal offer for the 20 acres with a final approval of the Town of Lake electors, seconded by Sotka and carried. 2-0-0
- Approve HVAC maintenance
Two quotes were gotten for estimates for maintenance for the Town Hall/Fire Dept and the Public Works Building. MTI quoted $4,247.66 and 3:23 Boilers & Furnace Work quoted $3,587.00. A motion to approve 3:23 Boilers & Furnace Work, LLC for $3,587.00 by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and carried. 2-0-0
- Discussion of creating a grant committee
A motion to approve and form a Grant Committee with members of Stacey Wilson, Kim Hanson and Leslie Liesch was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and carried. 2-0-0
- Public Comment
A comment was made that the Town of Lake should look into repairing the road leading to the dam on Lake Noquebay Road. Donations were given for plowing roads by Nancy Rosner and Reg Rogers.
