                                   September 20, 2015 7:00 PM

                             SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

           Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 7:00 pm present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and Public Works employee Brian Winchell. Supervisor Mueller was absent.

           This meeting is to make changes to the original south Spur Road project.

           Tarmann read minutes from August 27, 2014, where the board had approved using 2” asphalt on Spur Road project, so this will not need to be changed. Dig out of corduroy areas may be necessary. Motion by Tarmann to approve a change to the original bid for south Spur Road project from August 27, 2014, not to exceed $20,000 for additional dig out of 12-18” and no more than 400 ft. 2^nd by Banaszak carried.

             Because of changes by the IRS, Brian Winchell’s health insurance for the 4^th quarter will be paid with a bonus pay check, net pay to equal 80% of his premium, instead of a reimbursement check.
