7:00 p.m. Regular Town Board Meeting Agenda

1. Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Sotka.
2. Pledge of Allegiance

4. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Burmek, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
5. Public Comment
None
6. Approval of meeting minutes from Regular Town Board Meeting October 3, 2023, Special Town Board Meeting October 16, 2023 and Special Town Board Meeting October 21, 2023.
A motion to approve the Minutes for the Regular Town Board Meeting October 3, 2023, Special Town Board Meeting October 16, 2023 and Special Town Board Meeting October 21, 2023 was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried. 3-0-0
7. Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers #25431-25444 for $37,256.09, EFT at F&M Bank for $2,064.46, deposits at F&M Bank for $100 640.53, deposits at LGIP for $64,821.51 and EFT at LGIP for $50,000. Was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried. 3-0-0
8. Planning Commission Report
Bob Burmek stated the Planning Commission review 2 CSMs. The recommendation is that the Town Board approve a CSM for Donald and Patricia Guzowski, and a CSM for Bruce Buckingham.
9. Approval of CSMs.
A motion to approve the CSM for Donald and Patricia Guzowski and a CSM for Bruce Buckingham was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried. 3-0-0
10. Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
An operator license for Lauren Smith at Loopy’s was submitted for approval. A motion to approve the operator license for Lauren Smith was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried. 3-0-0
11. Fire Dept Report
No report
12. Public Works Report
Chairman Sotka gave the Public Works report from Jeremy Gross. The report included repairs to public works equipment, graded roads, mowed ditches for the last time for 2023, repairs need to be done at a shop for the ditching mower installed fire numbers, completed the Paser road ratings and application for the Trip gran. All road work projects are completed for 2023. Hardwood Lane was upgraded with gravel and graded for winter. Update on 2023 road projects
In the spring a request for bids to complete the Loomis Road project will be advertised.
13. Update on Town Hall Addition and Remodeling project
Construction will start on November 8, 2023 for the addition.

14. Review Garbage Contract Bids
A sealed bid was received from JNS Enterprises for residential garbage service for a yearly cost of $57480.00 with a 3% yearly increase.
A motion to approve JNS for residential garbage service was made by Sotka, seconded by Nelson and carried. 3-0-0
15. Review parking permit collection fee
Sotka stated the owners of the Mobile Home Parks will pay quarterly and a collection reimbursement fee will be paid quarterly based the amount of fees submitted.
16. Review and approve Employee Handbook
A motion was made by Burmek, seconded by Nelson to have a personnel meeting with Jeremy Gross at 6:p.m. November 14, 2023 and carried. 3-0-0
17. Update Ordinance Book and Contact Att. Coggins
A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek to contact Attorney Harvey concerning the completion of the Ordinance Book and carried. 3-0-0
