1. Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 8:46 p.m. by Chairman Sotka.

2. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried.

3. Motion to approve the total highway expenditures for the Budget year 2024 pursuant to section 82.03 of Wisconsin Statutes for the amount of $418,091
A motion to approve the 2024 highway expenditures for $418,091 was made by Dan Banaszak, seconded by Kevin Schutte and carried with 29 yes, 0 no, and 0 abstaining

4. Approve Town Official salaries – Chairman - $6,000 and Sup.#1 & #2 $3,000 each.
A motion to approve the Town Official salaries with Chairman at $6,000, Supervisor #1 at $3,000 and Supervisor #2 at $3,000 was made by Ken Marcusen, seconded by Jake Caylor and carried with 29 yes 0 no 0 abstaining

5. Motion to approve the 2023 Town Levy to be collected in 2024 pursuant to section 60.10(1) (a) by Resolution 2023-02 for $100,000 to be added to the 2023 for 2024 Levy.
The Resolution 2023-02 was read to the Town of Lake Electors present by Linda Tarmann, Clerk. A motion to approve the 2023-02 Resolution to increase the Town Levy 2023 to be collected in 2024 for an additional $100,000 was made counted by a show of hands. The vote for yes to approve was 25 yes, 3 no, 1 abstaining and carried.

6. Motion to approve the 2023 total town levy $626,316 to be collected in 2024 pursuant to Section 60.l0(1)(a)
A motion to approve the total 2023 total Town of Lake Tax Levy to be collected in 2024 for $626,316 was made by Ken Marcusen, seconded by Pat Doubek and carried. 29 yes 0 no 0 abstaining

7. Motion to Adjourn
A motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:43 p.m. was made by Kim Hanson, seconded by Linda Welty and carried. 29 yes 0 no 0 abstaining
