1. Call to order:
Meeting was called to order at 6::00pm
2. Roll Call:
Hanson __p__ Burmek __p__ Marcusen __p__ Sotka __p__ Nelson __p__ Tarmann __ absent__
3. Approval of agenda:
Marcusen made a motion to approve the agenda. Seconded by Hanson. Carried 5-0-0
4. Discussion of old public works property and Town of Lake gravel property
Discussion of Loopy’s desire to add on to deck. Discussion of liability. Discussion of value and condition and costs. Discussion of appraisal and value of town property. Burmek brings up questions of rental possibility. Board recommends to get their own personal appraisal. Marcusen brought up town resident’s opinions and wishes for spending money for a new building versus what we paid for the old location.
Hanson made a motion to table discussion until appraisal is complete. Seconded by Burmek. Carried 5-0-0
Discussion of Dura’s to gain access to their gravel pit via town property. Discussion of using wetland area for driveway; DNR issue. Discussion of length of use. Discussion of town benefit, if any.
5. Recommendation of Planning Commission to the Town of Lake Board
The Planning Commission recommended to leave property as is. Request to drive through town property not recommended. No motorized vehicles allowed.
