Pledge of Allegiance

1. Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Sotka.
2. Roll call.

3. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda for August 21, 2024 was made by Burmek, seconded by Sotka and motion carried. 2-0-0
4. Review 2024 road maintenance Bids
There was one bid for road maintenance received from Scott Construction.
5. Motion to award road maintenance bids
A motion to award the road maintenance to Scott Construction for the chipping sealing in the amount of $00.00 and for wedging and patching in the amount of $00.00 was made by Sotka, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 2-0-0
6. Discussion road construction on Riverview Road
Chairman Sotka brought up the option to have Marinette County do the road construction on Riverview Road in the current budget year for the amount of $82,000. Jeremy Gross had received this estimate and felt that we would be able to also do this road in 2024 Budget, and will contact the County for a date of construction.
A motion was made by Sotka to have the Marinette County do blacktopping on Riverview with an estimate for $82,000, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 2-0-0

Lake Noquebay Rehab is having their annual meeting August 31, 2024 at 9:00 p.m. Also, information
None
8. Adjourn
A motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:24p.m. was made by Sotka, seconded by Burmek and
motion carried. 3-0-0
