                                   October 19, 2015 6:00 PM

                             SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

           Meeting was called to order by Chairman Dan Banaszak at 6:09 pm present were Chairman Banaszak, Supervisor Tarmann, Supervisor Mueller and Clerk/Treasurer Chaikowski and 3 members of the public.

           Discussion on changing residential garbage collection to every other week during the months of November through March. Savings to the town would be just under $5000. Motion by Banaszak to change garbage collection with JNS Enterprises to every other week for the months of November to March. 2^nd by Tarmann, carried. Posting will be placed on website, bulletin boards, Peshtigo Times. Recycling will be required.

           Resolution for Inclusion under the Wisconsin Public Employers’ Group Health Insurance Program was read by Supervisor Tarmann. Motion to approve the resolution by Banaszak, 2^nd by Tarmann, carried.

           Motion by Tarmann to adopt the 5 Year Road Plan updated on October 6, 2015, 2^nd by Mueller, Carried. Copy of the plan is attached.

           Motion by Mueller to appoint Gary Langer as representative to the Marinette County Association for Business and Industry, 2^nd by Banaszak, carried.
