3. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda for 10/21/2024 for 6:00 pm by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 3-0-0

4. Town Board Workshop to review 2025 Budget Revenue and Expenses
The Town Board discussed that the Fire Department will be given a list of expectations to be used in budget preparation for the next year, reports to be given to the Town Board, the Town Board will match grant money received up to $10,000 and purchase limits over a $1,000 will need Town Chairman approval, over $5,000 will need Town Board approval and will need approval prior to expending those dollar amounts.
The Town Budget for 2025 will be printed in the Peshtigo Times on Octobert 30, 2024 and the Budget Hearing for 2025 will be November 12, 2024 at 7p.m.
A motion to approve the capital road work amount of $250,000 and $146,000 for road maintenance to be voted in the 2025 Budget Hearing by Sotka, seconded Burmek and motion carried. 3-0-0
