5:00 P.M. Special Town Board Meeting Agenda

1. Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Sotka.
2. Roll call.

Also present was Caylor, Gilbert, Maelke, Welty and Schwartz from the fire department.
3. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda for November 3, 2024 was made by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and motion carried. 2-0-0

4. Review of budgeting process and expectations with volunteer fire department
The Town Board met with 5 officers of the fire department to discuss the kind of information for budgeting and replacement schedules, reporting and future expectations by the Town Board. A list of the expectations was given to the officers. A budget for the 2025 fiscal is due by December 20, 2024. As information for the Fire Department the Clerk will give them an updated monthly amount expended in the Fire Protection and 2% Dues account to review.

A motion to adjourn at 6:00 p.m. by Nelson, seconded by Sotka and motion carried. 2-0-0
