1. Call to order.
The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Sotka.
2. Pledge of Allegiance

4. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda for Wednesday November 6, 20024 Regular Town Board Meeting was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 3-0-0
5. Approval of meeting minutes from Regular Town Board Meeting, October 1, 2024, Special Town Board Meeting October 15, 2024 and Special Town Board Meeting October 21, 2024.
A motion to approve the minutes for Regular Town Board Meeting, October 1, 2024, Special Town Board Meeting October 15, 2024 and Special Town Board Meeting October 21, 2024 was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 3-0-0
6. Approval of Treasurer’s financial report and vouchers
A motion to approve the Treasurers report was made by Burmek for Vouchers #26008-260055 for $161467.77, EFTs at F&M Bank for $2,593.09, Deposits at F&M Bank for $161,442.62, and EFTs at LGIP for $305,425.65, seconded by Nelson and motion carried. 3-0-0
7. River Road Snowmobile Club trail discussion
Sotka met with the River Road Snowmobile Club and discussion of the trails that included no going over the dump site that will be fenced. They agreed with the requests from the Chairman for the winter season.
8. Approve Generator Service Contract
A motion to approve the contract by Nelson until the December meeting, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 3-0-0
9. Planning Commission Report
Burmek presented information for Winzenreid and Kott
Burmek recommended to the Town Board to approve CSMs presented by Surveyor Hugh Guy for
10. Approval of CSMs.
A motion to approve the CSMs for CSMs was made by Burmek, seconded by Nelson and motion carried. 3-0-0
11. Review & Approval of Business Licensing (Liquor & Operators)
A motion to approve an Operator License for Isabelle Collins and Sandra Jardeen was made by Burmek, seconded by Nelson and motion carried. 3-0-0
12. Fire Dept Report with any pertinent information
Sotka read the fire department report.
13. Public Works Report with work completed
Nelson read the Public Works report for Jeremy Gross for the month of October, 2024.
14. Update on 2024 road projects
Nelson updated the Town Board on the finished road projects for 2024.
A motion to accept the public works report by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and carried. 3-0-0
15. 2025 Budget Hearing, Public Town Board meeting November 12, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. information only

16. Ordinance book update
Nothing to report due to the November elections.
17. Public Comment
Sotka thanked the election workers and the fire department for their help and participation in the elections.
Ken Marcussen donated a picnic table for green space area. Tell Jeremy he did a nice job on the fence on birchwood dumpsite.
