1. Call to order.
The meeting for Thursday, December 19, 2024 was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 2-0-0

2. Roll Call:

Sotka arrived at 6:30 p.m.
3. Approval of agenda.
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 2-0-0

4. 2024 Budget Revision
Tarmann reviewed the Budget Revision with the Town Board, explaining the changes necessary for the revision for the 2024 Town Board Budget year. The changes would include an increase of $107,675 in revenues and an increase in expenses of $194,381. The increases in both included the ARPA Grant funds that were needed to be expended before the end of 2024. The additional expenses also included blacktopping that was approved in a prior special meeting of the Town Board completed at the September by the County. A decrease in the Town fund balance of $86,706 was anticipated with the revision. It would be published in the Peshtigo Times as a public notice.
A motion to approve the 2024 Budget Revision with increases in revenues of $107,675 and increases in Expenses of $194,381 and an anticipated decrease in Fund Balance of $86,706 was made by Nelson, seconded by Burmek and motion carried. 3-0-0

5. Review of Fire Department Guidelines
A copy of the Fire Department Guidelines was reviewed by the Town Board members. The wording in the Guidelines needed revisions and changes to reflect the current requests that were made by the Town Board in a Special Meeting of November 3, 2024 with the Fire Dept officers. It was suggested the Town Board review by page the guidelines and bring changes to January 7, 2025 Town Board Meeting for review and approval of the changes of the Fire Dept Guidelines. The Fire Dept Guidelines can then be reviewed by Attorney Coggins for final approval of the Town Board.

6. Review of update Ordinances from Attorney Harvey
It was noted that the Clerk and Deputy Clerk were trying to get a list of the updated Ordinances and any missing numbers that Attorney Harvey had not sent to the Town Board for review. At this time there was not any new correspondence received from Attorney Harvey.
